FAQ

What is the cancellation policy?
Month-to-Month: cancel at any time with 30 days written notice after the first 30 days. Payments due within the notice window are still owed.

Paid In Full: non-refundable, non-transferable. Expires at the end of the agreement term.
Can I bring my own trainer?
Yes. Independent trainers are welcome on the floor. We have a trainer affiliate program — ask the front desk for current rates and onboarding.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. Bring as many as you want. Guest passes are $30/visit, paid at the front desk.
Do you have an age requirement?
18 and over, unless accompanied by an adult.
Is my membership good at all locations?
Memberships are sold per-location. Ask at the desk about cross-location access — pricing varies by gym.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes — freezes are available on month-to-month memberships in 30 / 60 / 90-day blocks. Submit the request at the front desk; freeze fee may apply.
